Sowunmi put together a big performance against nationally-ranked Mohawk on Jan. 19. In 35 minutes of action, Big Sow put together a 20-point, 23-rebound double-double, while also picking up three blocks, in a 91-84 overtime win for Lambton. Sowunmi went 8-of-12 (66.7 per cent) from the floor, and was 4-of-5 (80.0 per cent) from the free throw line. Eleven of Sowunmi's rebounds were on the offensive end of the floor. For the season, Sowunmi ranks second in the OCAA in total offensive rebounds (50) and fourth averaging 10.3 rebounds per game.
