Vivero was integral in the Cambrian Golden Shield obtaining its first team points of the season this past weekend in Toronto. In a 2-2 draw against the Seneca Sting on Sept. 23, the first-year striker scored Cambrian's first goal and assisted on another that tied the match. Against the Centennial Colts the following day, Vivero scored the game winning goal in the 89th minute giving the Golden Shield their first victory of the season. Cambrian had lost to the Colts 4-1 at home earlier in the season, making the victory that much more meaningful.
