Alvarado has lit up the OCAA West Division this season and has scored big goals against every Top 5 team. The first-year student-athlete scored the game-winner in the dying minutes for the Conestoga Condors in their 2-1 victory over the four-time defending provincial champion Humber Hawks on Oct. 14, handing them their first OCAA loss in 36 matches, spanning four seasons. It also capped off a perfect 10-0 regular season for the Condors, a first in Conestoga history. Alvarado has been simply sensational with eight goals in 10 matches.
