Kressler was named OCAA Championship co-MVP as the St. Clair Saints successfully defended their provincial crown. Kressler pitched 23 innings in four appearances at the championship, allowing just five earned runs while striking out 36 batters. Twenty-one of those strikeouts came in the two gold medal games against the Durham Lords, both must-win games for the Saints. For added measure, Kressler also clubbed three home runs against the Lords. Overall, Kressler went 7-for-19 at the plate, scoring six times while driving in nine runs.
