Lago was instrumental for the Conestoga Condors in a straight-sets win against a previously-undefeated Niagara Knights squad on Nov. 4. Lago was the only setter on the Conestoga depth chart and fought off an injury to lead the Condors to a big early season victory. Lago provided stability with 17 assists and showed much resilience in the victory. Lago is currently fourth among OCAA student-athletes averaging 8.0 assists per set. The Condors play host to the Sudbury duo of the Boréal Vipères and Cambrian Golden Shield this weekend.
