LONDON, Ont. - The Mohawk women's softball team saw it's record slip to 3-7 when they lost twice, 7-0 and 17-6 at Fanshawe in OCAA action on Friday.

The Falcons led 3-0 in Game 1, but took advantage of a couple of key Mountaineer errors to score four times in the sixth inning. Aimee Leduc (ES Notre Dame, Princeton) was charged with the defeat.

In the second game Sarah Bell (Saltfleet, Stoney Creek) went all the way and was the losing pitcher. But she also hit a three run inside-the-park home run. Ashley Uimonen (Caledonia McKinnon Park) had a two-run single.
