ST. LAWRENCE (K) 62, SENECA 60 (FINAL)

The St. Lawrence College Vikings put in a team effort to edge the Seneca Sting 62-60 in Ontario Colleges Athletic Association men's basketball play Friday night.

Third-year point guard Terence Thomas, of Ottawa, continued his hot playing, scoring 20 points to lead the team. First-year forward Claudio Marques, of Ottawa, contributed with 15 points. And forward Jahmal Edwards, of Kingston, had a very impressive night scoring 12 points and hauling in 12 rebounds.

The win improves the Vikings' OCAA regular-season record to 3-3. They sit in seventh place in the 11-team East Division. Meanwhile, Seneca fell to 1-4 on the year.
