The Canadore Panthers may be winless, but they gave the reigning Canadian champion and current West Region front running Mohawk Mountaineers a battle in OCAA basketball action in North Bay Saturday (Nov. 24).

The Mountaineers topped the Panthers 75-66. Alex Reis had a big game for Mohawk with 25 points. Andrew Cicuttini scored 14 and Manny Campbell chipped in with 12. With the victory, Mohawk improved to 7-1, while Canadore fell to 0-8.
