TORONTO - The second game of the belairdirect OCAA Women's Basketball Championship pitted Algonquin versus St. Clair.

Algonquin dominated all game and never looked back. The Thunder jumped out to a 16-point lead by the end of the first half.

Algonquin's high scorer and player of the game went to  Lindsay Whittaker (Moncton, N.B.) who scored 16 points in the first half and finished off with a total of 19.

St. Clair's Shannon Kennedy (Windsor, Ont.) was the team's high scorer contributing 27 points. Scoring more than half of her team's total score, Kennedy had 12 points in the first half and 15 points in the second with nine total rebounds.
