DURHAM COLLEGE HOSTING 2021 OCAA WOMEN'S RUGBY SEVENS CHAMPIONSHIP

OSHAWA, Ont. - Welcoming the best college rugby teams from across the province to Oshawa, Durham College is proud to serve as host for the 2021 OCAA Women's Rugby Sevens Championship at Thompson Rugby Park this Saturday, Oct. 30.

The tournament will begin on Saturday morning with a pair of quarter-final games. Following the early morning action, the championship will then see a pair of semifinal contests before a consolation game, bronze medal game, and gold medal game later in the afternoon.

Admission will be free to spectators. All those attending must enter through the main gate at Thompson Rugby Park located to the southwest of the clubhouse. Limited parking is available. Spectators will also be required to both complete the Durham College pre-screen questionnaire and present proof of vaccination to gain access to the venue.

All games of the 2021 OCAA Women's Rugby Sevens Championship will be streamed on OCAA LIVE courtesy Sport Canada TV.

Game 3 (Semifinal): Durham (1) vs. Winner Game 1 - 11:30 AM
Game 4 (Semifinal): Humber (2) vs. Winner Game 2 - 12 PM
Game 5 (Consolation): Loser Game 1 vs. Loser Game 2 - 12:30 PM
Game 6 (Bronze): Loser Game 3 vs. Loser Game 4 - 1:30 PM
Game 7 (Gold): Winner Game 3 vs. Winner Game 4 - 2:15 PM
