Both Mohawk volleyball teams had to come back from two sets down to win in Niagara Wednesday (Jan. 18).

Realizing their season was on the line, the women's side surprised the Knights 18-25, 16-25, 25-21, 25-23, 15-10 to up their record to 3-8.

Jenna Gignac had 10 kills, two service aces, one stuff block and 16 digs. Mackenzie Lawrence recorded seven kills, two aces and 18 digs, while Julie Gagnon had 23 digs.

Jenna Bray led Niagara with 18 offensive points as the Knights fell to 5-6.
