BARRIE, Ont. – The Georgian Grizzlies women's volleyball team had another strong outing and had a perfect weekend defeating the La Cite Coyotes 3-0 on Sunday afternoon at the Georgian College Athletic Centre.

The Grizzlies controlled play and were able to get ahead in some tight spots winning in straight sets of 25-18, 25-18 and 25-20

Georgian's Erin McClean (seven kills, four serving aces, one stuff block) and Natalie Buck (seven kills, five service aces) had 12 points each in the victory while Kelsey Buckley was strong again with five digs in the contest.

The Grizzlies also won yesterday over the Algonquin Thunder 3-0 and now have improved their OCAA record to 3-1 on the season.

Next up for the Grizzlies is a home game versus the Seneca Sting on Sunday, November 18 at 12 p.m. Fans are encouraged to come on down to the Georgian Athletic Centre to take in all the action.
