Mohawk had a win and loss in OCAA volleyball at Fanshawe College Saturday (Nov. 10).

The men's team rallied to beat the host Falcons 3-1 (21-25, 25-13, 25-13, 25-19).

Phil Youngblut led Mohawk with nine kills, and six stuff blocks, as the Mountaineers moved into sole possession of first place in the West Region, with a 3-0 record.

However in women's action, Mohawk was blanked by unbeaten Fanshawe, 15-25, 18-25, 28-30.

Linsay Collette had six kills, one service ace and three blocks for the Mountaineers, now 2-1.
