The regular season schedule will remain a two-division format with teams playing a double round robin within their division totalling 18 matches each. The schedule features doubleheaders between schools alternating between men's and women's competition.

The regular season begins on Oct. 18 with four doubleheaders, highlighted by both reigning men's and women's champion Humber Hawks (Etobicoke) in the Nickel City to take on the Boréal Vipères (Sudbury). Humber remains in Sudbury the following day to visit the Cambrian Golden Shield (Sudbury).

A rematch of the last two OCAA men's gold medal matches is scheduled for Nov. 23 when the Fanshawe Falcons (London) visit the Hawks. A return engagement will take place Jan. 25 in the Forest City. While the Falcons look for a measure of revenge against the Hawks, the two-time reigning bronze medalist Golden Shield will be looking to do the same against Fanshawe having lost to the Red Birds in the OCAA semi-finals in back-to-back years. These teams meet in Sudbury on Nov. 17 and again in London on Jan. 19.

The reigning women's silver medalist Seneca Sting (North York) take on bronze medalist Loyalist Lancers (Belleville) on Nov. 16 in Bellevegas and again on Jan. 18 in King City. City pride is on the line again this season with Cambrian and Boréal showcased in the Battle of Sudbury on Oct. 30 and Jan. 29; the Mohawk Mountaineers (Hamilton) and Redeemer Royals (Ancaster) in the Battle of Steeltown on Nov. 2 and Jan. 18; and the Algonquin Wolves (Ottawa) and La Cité Coyotes (Ottawa) in the Battle of Bytown on Nov. 6 and Nov. 27.

A total of 360 volleyball matches will be played between October and February, with a mid-season break in December for exams.

The top eight teams in each division qualify for the post-season. The first round will consist of interdivisional play between teams from opposite divisions based according to seeding (1 vs. 8, 2 vs. 7, etc.). The winners will then advance to the quarter-finals, hosted by the higher seeds. The OCAA championships will consist of back-to-back days of semi-finals and medal matches at the home of the highest remaining seeds. In the event of a tie between the top seeds (eg. No. 1 East and West), the East team will host the men's championship while the West team will host the women's.

The Durham Lords (Oshawa) play host to the 2025 Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Women's Volleyball National Championship from Mar. 5-8. As host, the Lords automatically qualify for the tournament.

All OCAA schedules for the 2024-25 season, including dates, times and locations, are subject to change.
