MOHAWK MEN 11TH AT CROSS COUNTRY NATIONALS

BROCKVILLE, Ont. - The Mohawk men's team finished 11th in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Cross Country National Championships on Saturday.

Chris Caddey was the top Mountaineer finishing 18th in 27:41.3 in the event hosted by St. Lawrence College in Brockville, Ont.

The men's race over eight kilometres was won by Rob Asselstine of St. Lawrence (Kingston) who was timed at 26:21.1.

Mohawk had one runner in the women's five kilometre race and Jillian Ciccone finished 51st.

The women's winner was Jessy Lacourse of Cegep Victoriaville, Quebec. She was clocked at 18:33.4.
