CAMBRIDGE, Ont. - Fanshawe College's Katie Rice (Ingersoll) and Sheridan College's Paulo Amotun Lokoro (Mississauga) successfully defended their respective individual gold medals at the 2023 Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Cross Country Championships on Saturday.
