NIAGARA 2, MOHAWK 0

WELLAND, Ont. - The Mohawk Mountaineers saw their record fall to 1-1 as they dropped a 2-0 decision to the Niagara Knights in OCAA men's soccer in Welland on Wednesday, Sept. 13.

Mohawk head coach Carmine Lancia said Niagara is a very good team.

"Their experience showed on the field, as they were well organized and deserved the win tonight," said Lancia. "Our boys battled (and) we need to be ready for Fanshawe on Saturday."

The Mountaineers and Falcons will kick off at 4 p.m. at Redeemer Field.
