OTTAWA - This weekend marks the second round of home games for the Thunder men and women's soccer teams.

After a successful first weekend at home the teams look to continue their streak and take George Brown College head on to remain undefeated at home. The women's team will play first on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 1 p.m. followed by the men at 3 p.m.

Saturday also marks the first Algonquin Family Fun Day. Algonquin College has partnered with the Students' Association to create an event in conjunction with the varsity soccer teams.

The day will bring together members of the Algonquin faculty and staff and their friends and families. There are 475 participants registered to attend this event.

The fun continues on Sunday, Sept. 22, as both teams face Centennial College at home. The women will play at 1 p.m. followed by the men at 3 p.m.
