DURHAM 0, GEORGE BROWN 0

TORONTO – The Durham College women's soccer team played George Brown to a scoreless draw on Tuesday night, extending the Lords unbeaten streak to seven games.

Durham spent the majority of the game in George Brown's end of the field but were unable to capitalize on over ten shots on goal which included hitting the cross bar twice.

Lords goalkeeper Kennedy Doyle (Oshawa, Ont.) earned the shutout which was her first in the OCAA.

Tuesday's result is the first time since their season opening loss that Durham has been shutout.

Durham is 5-1-2 this season and in a tie for third place in the OCAA East region with the Algonquin Thunder (5-0-2). Algonquin, who played Durham to a 2-2 draw, has a game in hand on the green and gold.

The Lords will close out their regular season on Saturday afternoon when they head to North York to take on the Seneca Sting. Seneca is in first place in the OCAA East region with a 6-0-1 record.
